The Diocese of Rumonge created several departments in order to attain its goal of reaching the community and meet their needs. Some of such departments include Depatment of Education that has a significant role in contributing to community development. The Diocese has established primary schools ‘école fondemantale ( ECOFO)’ and secondary schools ‘poste fondemantale’. In each semester, the Diocesan Co-ordinator organises a meeting with Directors of the aforesaid schools. In November 3, 2022 he  organised a meeting for evaluation of academic year 2021-2022. They also dicussed and exchanged experience for the purpose of improving education quality in the next academic year.
