The Diocese of Rumonge convened its 12th Diocesan Council DC during 30th January 2025 for overviewing all Diocesan activities done in 2024. Also, the DC had discussed an Annual Action Plan of 2025 in relation to other Church activities. Some of major activities planned that will be realized in this year include the Diocesan conference that will be conducted through the Mothers’ Union fellowship from 15th to 17th August 2025; the Youths Working Camp which will be organized by Youths and Education Department for bricks making and collecting stones in several Diocesan land plots.

The activities will be executed in Ndava, Cunda, Mitonto, Gatete, Nkizi, Rugombero, and Muhurazi parishes from 28th to 31st July and 1st August 2025. Thirdly, the Diocese will extend Church and Community Transformation (CCT/CCMP) training to reach out the rest sub parishes because the lessons taught are very crucial for both spiritual and physical development of life standard. Currently the Diocese has 260 sub parishes in 59 parishes. Another work will be the realization of “Goshen Health Mutuality” which is the Diocesan health insurance for every person who meets requirements including its workers, Christians, and entire community members. The Diocese has planned to resume the EDEN MISSION trainings to other Archdeaconries which were not trained in the first intake in the Diocese. Lastly, the Diocese has planned to continue with implementation of other Church activities in the office, fieldwork areas, and in parishes.
